Idiyappam
Combine salt and Lion Health Mix. Add boiling water gradually and using a wooden spatula mix the dough ,knead together until you get a smooth and soft dough. The dough should not be too tight and it should not be sticky also. small portions of dough in a greased sevai maker and press it. onto greased idly moulds or banana leaves. Once the water starts boiling in the steamer, place the idly moulds and steam for 7-9 mins on medium – high flame. Keep the steamer closed for a min or two. Transfer the cooked Idiyappam to a serving plate. Idiyappam, also known as nool puttu or string hoppers originated from south Indian states of Tamilandu & Kerala.
Porridge Preparation




Take 3 heaped tablespoon of Lion Health Mix
Mix / stir in one and half cup of water or milk without any lumps.
Keep the mixture on stove and boil it. Stir continuously and cook for 3 to 5 mins to avoid lumps.
Remove from stove. Add date sugar or salt to taste. Your easy breezy Lion Health Mix is ready to relish.
